The license model
Every Diginexa product is offered as a perpetual license. You deploy it on your own infrastructure and own it for life — there is no subscription that expires and no renewal that holds your service delivery hostage.
Licensing is per institution, and covers unlimited internal users. On-premise deployment is the default: your data stays on your servers, with a full audit trail. Institution-controlled cloud is equally supported.
Every license includes a 12-month update window. Annual maintenance and support are contracted separately, so you decide what ongoing engagement you actually need.

The licensing model is built to fit how public institutions actually buy: direct purchase order, GeM, or as a response to your tender.
We provide the documentation your purchase committee needs, and OEM authorization is explicit — Stark Digital is the named OEM and Diginexa is the authorized licensor and delivery partner.
Perpetual ownership, on-premise by default, no rip-and-replace of the systems you already run, and AMC that stays optional and separate.
